2. Internal Review: If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request that the complaint be escalated to a senior manager for review. We may ask for additional information to fully investigate your complaint.
3. External Dispute Resolution: If you are not satisfied with the outcome or we have not responded within required timeframes, you may lodge your complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), of which FinQIQ Capital is a member:
